TRC and Darner the American Kestrel Support Reading!

TRC loves partnering with libraries and book stores; any place that provides opportunity to "feed the mind".  If they have books about birds, that's even better!

Darner the American kestrel recently attended a book signing/reading at Magers and Quinn in Minneapolis for former TRC volunteer Sharon Stiteler.  Sharon wrote a book about birds, birders and birding.  The store staff was very kind to Darner, making sure her visit was comfortable.  They have a great bird section in the store, too.

Darner found a field guide about kestrels.
