For Young Learners – Raptor Tails and Youth Raptor Corps Dates Announced

We have announced dates for our Raptor Tails sessions; Sept 18 and October 2 and 16.  Raptor Tails are activity-oriented learning experience for ages 3-5 about raptors and their environment.  Children will hear stories, take part in activities, and get to meet a live raptor each session.  The goal of this program is for pre-schoolers to develop a positive relationship with raptors and the environment.

We have also have designed new curriculum for returning Youth Raptor Corps, so NEW and RETURNING members are welcome to register!  Join our youth service-learning club, Youth Raptor Corps! Each meeting includes an opportunity to see live raptors and learn exciting facts about their environment, natural history, and what you can do to positively affect them. Participants will also engage in service-learning projects aimed at benefiting The Raptor Center’s mission, and have an opportunity to volunteer at The Raptor Center's Spring Public Release.
